Greg Gifford, Assistant Professor

Dr. Gifford joined the Department of Agricultural Education and Communication in 2009 as an assistant professor of leadership education.  He is a native of Nebraska and spent his early years on the family farm and ranch on Nebraska’s western plains.  Dr. Gifford’s professional experience in government and public policy informs his approach to leadership development and education.  His research interests include diversity in leadership and organizations, social justice and social role theory, work motivation and the integration of social psychological perspectives with leadership theory and practice.
